About Free Mind Consultancy — Aryan Ahire, Pune | Free Mind
About Us Pune, Maharashtra

Publishing. Technology. Growth.

Free Mind Consultancy helps authors, educators, and businesses turn ideas into published knowledge, build reliable technology, automate operations, and acquire customers. Everything we do is rooted in one belief: your ideas deserve to be heard, and your business deserves tools that actually work.

Who We Are

Founded by Aryan Ahire in Pune, Free Mind Consultancy started with a simple observation: talented people — authors, coaches, civil servants, entrepreneurs — had valuable knowledge but no reliable path to share it, and growing businesses needed technology and marketing that actually fit how they work, not generic agency templates. Publishers were gatekeepers. Digital marketing agencies were expensive and generic. There was no trusted partner for someone who had something real to say or build.

We built Free Mind to be that partner. Today we work across three domains — Publishing & Knowledge, Technology & AI Solutions, and Marketing & Growth — with authors across India, founders scaling startups, government officers documenting decades of service, educational institutions, and businesses automating their operations and acquiring customers.

What We Do

Our services fall into three domains:

Our publishing approach is different: we don't take any share of your royalties. You pay once for the service, you own the book, and every rupee from sales goes directly to you. Our step-by-step guide to publishing in India explains exactly how the process works.

Our Products

Beyond services, we build AI-powered tools for Indian businesses:

  • PublishMatch AI — A tool that matches your manuscript with Indian publishers who are actively accepting submissions in your genre.

Who We Work With

We serve authors, educators, and businesses, including five main groups with dedicated services:

  • Authors — First-time authors who want to publish without giving up rights or royalties. We handle the full process.
  • Founders and startups — Growing businesses that need digital marketing, content, and growth strategy without agency-level pricing.
  • Government officers (IAS, IPS, IFS) — Civil servants with decades of experience who want to document and share their stories — confidentially, with full NDA coverage.
  • Professors and academics — Researchers who want to publish educational books, guides, or textbooks for the Indian market.
  • Coaches and trainers — Coaches who want to build authority through a published book, a content strategy, or both.

Why Free Mind?

Three things set us apart from other publishing services and digital agencies in India:

  • No royalty cuts. Traditional publishers take 85–92% of royalties. We don't take any. You pay a one-time service fee, and every sale is yours.
  • End-to-end accountability. We don't hand you off to freelancers. Your project is managed in-house, with clear timelines and one point of contact.
  • India-first expertise. We know the Indian publishing ecosystem — from ISBN registration with the Government of India to Amazon KDP distribution, from WhatsApp-first marketing to Pune-based reader communities. We don't apply generic advice.
