1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Free Mind Consultancy for any service, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Free Mind Consultancy provides consulting, publishing, technology, and educational services as described on this website. Specific deliverables are defined in individual service proposals agreed upon before work begins.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the individual service proposal. Work begins upon receipt of the agreed deposit.

Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, and online payment gateways as specified in your service proposal. A non-refundable deposit of 30-50% is required to commence work. Refund requests for undelivered milestones must be submitted within 14 days of the agreed delivery date. Completed deliverables are non-refundable. Disputes are resolved through mutual consultation; if unresolved, arbitration shall be conducted under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Pune, India.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights for published works, manuscripts, and content created for the client remain with the client upon full payment. Free Mind Consultancy retains no ownership over client deliverables.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality for all client projects. Ghostwriting and sensitive engagements are covered by a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Free Mind Consultancy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
